EAMS Workforce visibility, operational monitoring, and structured time intelligence.

EAMS (Employee Activity Monitoring System) is a SaaS platform designed to help organizations monitor workforce activity, understand time usage, manage operational visibility, and access structured reporting through one centralized system.

The platform brings together employee activity, shift intelligence, administration, reporting, and deployment planning into a clear operational interface.

01 / Challenge

Fragmented workforce visibility.

Organizations can struggle when workforce activity, time records, shift information, and operational reporting are spread across separate processes or tools.

  • Limited real-time visibility
  • Fragmented activity data
  • Inconsistent time tracking
  • Manual reporting
  • Difficult shift oversight
  • Scattered administration

02 / Solution

A unified monitoring and intelligence platform.

EAMS brings workforce activity, operational monitoring, shift intelligence, reporting, role-based administration, and deployment planning into one SaaS platform.

  • Centralized Admin Center
  • Workforce visibility
  • Activity tracking
  • Shift and time monitoring
  • Structured reporting
  • Role-based access
  • Plan configuration
  • Cost estimation

03 / Key Features

Built for modern workforce operations.

Modules in the product today
  • Admin Center

A global overview of the workforce, active sessions, distraction alerts and AI tool use.

  • Live Activity Status

Each person's state, productive or idle, beside the application window in use.

  • Shift & Time Tracking

Active and idle time, shift cycle, first entry, last exit and total hours per day.

  • Shift Intelligence Reports

Automated performance reports across all time, daily or weekly views.

  • Departments & Employees

Departments, employee records, and separate admin and employee workspaces.

  • Projects & Task Board

Projects, assigned tasks, progress updates and admin feedback in one place.

  • Team Chat

In-app messaging between admin and employees, with voice notes on higher plans.

  • Plans & Cost Estimator

Six plan tiers and an estimator built on a base plan plus a per-seat rate.

Time Intelligence

Time intelligence built around actual operational activity.

EAMS calls this its Pure Time engine. Instead of manual timesheets, it records work time from activity on the EAMS client, then deducts distraction and idle periods at the end of each shift.

Employee workspace · Active Terminal
  1. 01

    Shift start

The shift becomes active and the session clock runs.

  2. 02

    Activity data

Activity and the detected window are recorded by the client.

  3. 03

    Validation

Approved workspaces such as VS Code are not counted as distraction.

  4. 04

    Pure work time

Distraction and idle seconds are deducted from the shift.

  5. 05

    Shift summary

Cycle, first entry, last exit and total hours for the day.

  6. 06

    Report

Shift Intelligence reports for admins, all time, daily or weekly.

SaaS / Deployment

Flexible deployment for different operational needs.

EAMS supports structured plans that let an organization choose an operational model by feature level, not only by headcount.

  1. Foundational tier

    Starter

Tracking and task visibility for very small offices and freelancers.

  2. Foundational tier

    Basic

Adds screenshots and distraction pattern detection.

  3. Intelligent tier

    Pro

Communication, files, task control and better reporting.

  4. Enterprise tier

    Advanced

OCR, AI-tool tracking, alerts and audit visibility.

  5. Corporate tier

    Private-Label

A client-branded internal platform with its own domain.

  6. Corporate tier

    Enterprise

Custom rules, integrations, retention policies and SLA.

Cost estimator logic

  • Every plan starts from a five-seat base subscription.
  • Each additional seat is billed at that plan's extra-user rate.
  • Plan choice follows the features required, not only team size.
  • Setup and onboarding are handled before deployment.

Prices are published on the EAMS site; this case study describes the model only.
