Terms of Use

Last updated

These terms cover your use of pacsal.dev. By using the site, you agree to them. Project work is never agreed through this website alone; it is always covered by a separate written proposal or agreement.

  1. 01About these terms

This website is run by PACSAL (Programming, Advanced Cyber-Security & Automation Lab), based in Pakistan. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@pacsal.dev.

  2. 02Information on this site

We write the content on this site carefully, but it is general information about our services and work. It is not professional advice for your specific situation, and it may change without notice.

  3. 03Project work

Scope, timelines, fees, ownership, and responsibilities for any project are set out in a written proposal or agreement between you and PACSAL. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

  4. 04Security testing

PACSAL only performs security testing on systems whose owner has given written authorisation, within an agreed scope. Nothing on this site is an offer to test systems without that authorisation.

  5. 05Content and trademarks

The text, design, graphics, and code of this site belong to PACSAL unless stated otherwise. Client names, logos, screenshots, and reviews belong to their owners and are shown with their permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking.

  6. 06Links to other sites

The site links to client websites, our own products, and third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not run.

  7. 07Acceptable use

If you believe you have found a security issue on this site, please report it to hello@pacsal.dev.

    • Do not try to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.
    • Do not interfere with the site's operation or send automated traffic intended to overload it.
    • Do not use the enquiry or review forms to send false, abusive, or unlawful content.
  8. 08Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, PACSAL is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

  9. 09Governing law

Each project agreement states the law that governs that project, usually the law of the client's country.

For use of this website itself, these terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where PACSAL is based.

  10. 10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
